Last month, the Chula Vista Police and the Coronado Police Cadet Units attended the yearly San Diego County Law Enforcement Explorer/Cadet academy. Each year over 240 youth from 25 agencies throughout California attend. Chula Vista Police Mentors oversee the academy and the entry level phase and Coronado Police Mentors oversee the intermediate phase of the academy. Polk County Iowa Sheriff’s Office Cadets prepare for the PSC National Marksmanship Competition

Congratulations to Fairfax County Public Safety Cadets Unit #1742 graduation class for 2018-19.  19 new Cadets.  Chief Ed Roessler (center) and Deputy Chief Ted Arnn (PSC BOD member) on the right.  And thank you to the Mentors who made it all possible.

Toms River has a long history of youth in law enforcement dating back to 1973 when their then Police Chief, Richard Clement, joined with our current PSC President, Kent Jefferies, to form the National Association of Law Enforcement Explorers.  Welcome to Public Safety Cadets!

The Mishicot Public Safety Cadets were honored to be present and show their support during the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial in Madison on May 10th

Muskego WI PD Cadets were the 1st registered PSC Cadets to ever compete in State competition.  Muskego took home awards and not far behind as new PSC Cadets is Sturgeon Bay PD Cadets who also took home trophies from this event.

The Fairfax Virginia PD Cadets were the first Unit to register with the new Public Safety Cadets.  Fairfax has actually 3 Units and are very active in all phases of the department.
