A Proven Solution for Recruitment and Retention

Public Safety Cadets offer an effective pathway for recruitment and retention within public safety agencies, whether in law enforcement or fire/EMS. These programs have consistently demonstrated their ability to address recruitment and retention challenges.

In October 2023, the COPS Office released its report on “Recruiting and Retention for the Modern Law Enforcement Agency,” highlighting Public Safety Cadet programs as a valuable resource for enhancing recruitment and retention efforts.

Our Mission

Mentoring young adults to serve their communities by providing knowledge, skills and practical experiences through education and training delivered by public safety professionals that build character, physical fitness and respect for the rule of law.

DONATE

supporting communities

Donating to the Public Safety Cadets supports youth development and community engagement. Your contributions provide training and resources that introduce cadets to public safety careers and offer mentorship from professionals. This enhances their learning experiences and fosters trust between youth and law enforcement, contributing to a safer, more connected community.
